ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Andy Grava – is a passionate certified performance digital marketer with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and social advertising, and with over $170 million profitably spent on Facebook/Instagram to grow and scale businesses. Through his consulting jobs with assisted living communities and his personal experience – while looking for an assisted living for his mom – he noted the disconnection between the senior living industry and the digital marketing world, specifically in regard to Social Media Advertising and Funnel Optimization. There are very few and almost no Digital Marketing Agencies that specialize in Assisted Living and the very few offer very complicated and expensive solutions that, in most cases, don't deliver tangible results such as Qualified Leads (new inquiries), and Booked Tours aimed to increase the census. He also realized that Facebook/Instagram Advertising was the most unutilized media to attract new prospects for a Senior Living Community and it's only being used by the big players to massively acquired new residents. While Facebook/Instagram has been also the media advertising channel that produced the most qualified leads for his Assisted Living clients and in the USA is the most used and fastest-growing media by Older Adults – seniors and their adult children. ABOUT OUR FOUNDER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Andy is a Certified Performance Digital Marketer through UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) where he received two Postgraduate Certificates in Marketing with Honors:
(1) Digital Marketing with a concentration in Social Media & Data Analytics, and
(2) Traditional Marketing with a concentration in Branding & Brand Management.
Andy is also a certified professional in Facebook/Instagram Advertising through Facebook Blueprint (Facebook Inc.). He loves to educate himself on the most recent advertising and marketing opportunities, and he has an MBA (Master in Business Administration) through IAU with a Concentration in Marketing, and he is a DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) candidate with a concentration in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics.
